It was really nice to get out and ride on Alberta’s Family Day. Wouter and I along with a my friend Keith spent the afternoon riding the cleared bike paths in Leduc. The weather was great. As one passer-by said while we on the south side of Telford lake: ” You can tell its getting closer to spring when the bike come out!” Well with a trike you can ride all year long! Ya don’t have to worry about slipping and falling on ice or snow. Which was one of the reasons Keith was out test riding a Terra Trike Rambler. He just had heart surgery 10 days ago and his wife did not want him riding his ER Tour Easy; “I don’t want you to fall and hurt yourself”, she told him. He actually got a chance to test ride the ICE Sprint and Adventure HD also. We got in a 12 km ride and a nice outdoor coffee in the warm sunshine at Tim’s. Great afternoon.
Oh yeah, I did a preliminary update of the Yearly schedule; go ahead and take a peek of what is in store for 2014
